Terms and Conditions for selling through Autograph Marketplace Australia's consignment program:
Listing Fee: There is a one-time non-refundable listing fee of $25 per item. This fee covers the cost of listing and advertising your item on our platform.
Commission: We charge a commission fee of 15% of the final selling price for each item sold through our consignment program.
Certificate of Authenticity: All items must be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from a reputable dealer or authenticated by our team and issued one of our certificates of authenticity to be sold on AMA.
Duration of Listing: Your listing will be guaranteed for 3 months from the date of listing. If your item doesn't sell within this time period, you may choose to relist it for an additional fee of $25.
Shipping: As the seller, you are responsible for shipping the item to the customer once it has been sold. You must ensure that the item is shipped promptly and arrives in the condition described in the listing.
Payment: Funds from the sale of your item will be held by AMA until the item has been received by the buyer. Once the buyer confirms receipt of the item, we will release the funds to you minus our commission fee.
Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your listing before the 3-month period has ended, you will not be entitled to a refund of the listing fee.
Liability: AMA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items while in transit to the customer or while in our possession.
