If you suspect your COA is forged, reach out to us immediately.
Send all details about the item and certificate, including where and when the item was purchased.
We will review your information and help you verify its authenticity.
If it turns out your COA was forged, we’ll work with you to provide an accurate certification, including registering your item in our database at a discounted rate.

How Our Process Works

Step-by-Step Process

Step 1:
Submit Your Item: Email a high-resolution image to authenticate@lockeroomcollections.com along with any supporting documentation (original COA, location, and date of signing).
For physical certificates, include your shipping address.

Step 2:
Authentication Review: Our experts will carefully examine your memorabilia, cross-checking details and ensuring validity. Authentication typically takes 3-5 business days for online services and 5-7 business days for physical certificates.

Step 3:
Receive Your Certification: For online-only authentication, you’ll receive confirmation via email, with your item securely listed in our lifetime database.

For physical certificates, we’ll mail the certificate to your address, and your item will be logged in our database.
