Send all details about the item and certificate, including where and when the item was purchased.

We will review your information and help you verify its authenticity.

If it turns out your COA was forged, we’ll work with you to provide an accurate certification, including registering your item in our database at a discounted rate.

How Our Process Works

Step-by-Step Process

We believe in providing a simple, transparent authentication process:

Step 1: Submit Your Item

Email a high-resolution image to authenticate@lockeroomcollections.com along with any supporting documentation (original COA, location, and date of signing).

For physical certificates, include your shipping address.

Step 2: Authentication Review

Our experts will carefully examine your memorabilia, cross-checking details and ensuring validity.

Authentication typically takes 3-5 business days for online services and 5-7 business days for physical certificates.

Step 3: Receive Your Certification

For online-only authentication, you’ll receive confirmation via email, with your item securely listed in our lifetime database.

For physical certificates, we’ll mail the certificate to your address, and your item will be logged in our database.

Store Certificate & Database Registration ($55)

Online Digital Authentication ($75) Send us high-quality images of your item, and our experts will authenticate it digitally. Your piece will also be securely logged in our database. Link: “Submit for Online Authentication”

Image-Based COA Service (Most Popular)

Submit a high-resolution image of your item for verification. Our team will evaluate the signature(s) and provide a physical Certificate of Authenticity. This option is widely accepted by collectors and dealers alike, making it a popular choice for authenticating valuable items. Your COA will be registered in our secure database for future reference.

Digital COA & Database Entry

This option allows you to receive a digital Certificate of Authenticity, stored directly in our database. No physical certificate will be issued, but the digital COA can be verified anytime using the unique serial number provided.

Lifetime COA Storage Service

We’re excited to introduce a COA Storage Service where collectors can log and store their Certificates of Authenticity in the Lockeroom Collections database for long-term viewing. For a one-time payment of $65, you can register your COAs for lifetime storage, ensuring their authenticity is documented and viewable for years to come. This fee covers ongoing hosting costs, giving you peace of mind that your collection is securely stored.

Replacement COAs for Past Customers & Recall Notice

Lockeroom Collections is conducting a recall on forged certificates that have been circulating with our name. We are offering all legitimate past customers the opportunity to receive replacement COAs for a discounted price of $65 AUD. If you suspect that you’ve purchased an item with a forged COA, contact us immediately. We are working on a legal case against the responsible party and can assist you in any investigations or legal proceedings.
